How to secure Travel Pass & Entry Exemption Document (EED)

For those travelling outside the country, a Travel Pass is required and should be requested at least seven (7) days before the flight.

To download travel pass, follow instructions below:

Go to PRA website (www.pra.gov.ph)

Click the SRRV Monitoring System banner or click this link: http://pramycvw.com/

Enter your email address and password registered.

At the front-page, please click TRAVEL HISTORY.

At the travel history page, click Download Travel Pass.

Print Travel Pass once downloaded or screenshot to save to your phone.

Entry Exemption Document (EED)

For those entering the country, Entry Exemption Document (EED) must be secured to be presented upon arrival.

1. To facilitate the application and issuance of the said EED, SRRV holders are advised with the following instructions:

Request for issuance of EED directly to PRA using the Re-Entry Form https://forms.gle/58kNKnEMBZECUTz9A and send to: [email protected] cc: [email protected].

The said form shall be accompanied with the copy of the following documents such as:

a.) Bio-page of current passport;
b.) P.R.A. ID Card;
c.) SRR Visa; and
d.) Order issued by the Bureau of Immigration
b. PRA shall endorse the request to the Department of Tourism (DOT), then DOT will endorse to the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) for the issuance of EED.
c. All Entry Exemption documents issued by the DFA will be emailed by PRA directly to the concerned SRRV holder.

2. In addition to the issued EED, SRRV holders require the following:

a. Pre-booked accommodation for at least six (6) nights in a quarantine hotel/facility accredited by tourism and health agencies. Failure to present pre-booked accommodation upon arrival are grounds to deny entry or deport a SRRV holder by the Bureau of Immigration

b. RT-PCRCovid19 testing result at their respective quarantine hotel/facility on the six (6th) day from date of arrival in the Philippines and other applicable quarantine and isolation protocols as prescribed by the Department of Health (DOH).All requests and subsequent issuances of Entry Exemption Documents are free of any charges and/or fees.

Processing time of EED request is more or less 2- 3 months upon acknowledgement and confirmation of receipt by [email protected]. This information can also be found on the pra.gov.ph website.
